Mary Buettner is a native of Waterloo, Illinois. A graduate of Washington University and Washington University School of Law in St. Louis, she has been a practicing attorney since 1987. She worked as an in-house counsel for large national corporations based in St. Louis before establishing her private practice in Waterloo in 1996. Licensed in both Illinois and Missouri, she practices in the areas of business, governmental, real estate, and estate planning law. She is a frequent speaker on estate planning matters.
Mary is a supporter of Southwestern Illinois College. She is a member of the Southwestern Illinois College Foundation Board of Directors and currently serves as Chair of the Foundation Board.
